In 1999 Cotten Wright and wife Faye Clark, and son David Clark, purchased approximately 330 acres outside of Bay City, Tx and started The Clark Ranch. The Clark family has a long history in stock raising in Texas reaching back to the 1800's with Archibald E. Clark's migration to Harris County in 1849 as a child.
