$6.70 ($6.50 cash or check) per pound (hanging weight) custom processed and vacuum packaged beef. $310 ($300 cash or check) non-refundable deposit required to hold for feeding out for processing and balance will be due upon receipt of hanging weight.  Final cost will depend on final hanging weight plus any custom tenderizing or custom cut stew meat charges.  Soup bones and offals (organ meats) included if requested. Our last whole calves averaged 720 pounds hanging weight.  Please see FAQ sections for more details. Customer will be given a cut sheet to finalize preferences for processing.
